“Una Pancia” is an animated short film created for the Zecchino d’Oro, Italy’s most well-known children’s music contest, produced by the production company Cartobaleno and broadcast on national television.

The project was developed to visually accompany one of the contest’s original songs, translating its playful rhythm and narrative into an engaging animated language tailored to a young audience.

Within the production, my contribution focused on the motion graphics sequence developed for the song’s chorus. This section combines dynamic animation and graphic elements to enhance the musical rhythm and reinforce the song’s emotional and narrative core. The motion design was conceived to integrate seamlessly with the overall visual style of the short film, supporting the storytelling while maintaining clarity, energy and accessibility for children.

The project highlights how motion graphics can play a central role within animated content for broadcast, enriching musical storytelling and contributing to a cohesive visual experience in a collaborative, large-scale production context.
